(U.S. Patent No. 7,380,471)

To make this interesting project available to the widest hobby electronics audience, we published the latest Micro Gust Thermal Anemometer (MGTA) article in Nuts & Volts Magazine. The article is in the Februrary, 2006 issue, Nuts & Volts Vol. 27 No. 2. Please consider a subscription to this important asset to the hobby electronics community.

The article contains a complete parts list with sources and a PCB layout. We offer an MGTA kit and PCB as well.

Parts Update: We found a nice sized 1 Watt resistor that fits well on our PC board layout in the R1 sense resistor position: Digi-Key P/N WHB100FCT-ND 100 ohm, 1W, 1% axial.
